FlySpaces Passport is a monthly subscription that gives you day passes to coworking spaces in a city. Teams use it when people need a desk some days, but not a full office. This guide covers how it works, what it costs in each city, and how to pick a plan.
What Passport is
You pay a monthly fee and get passes. One pass is one day at a partner coworking space. FlySpaces' own examples count passes as day passes, so a plan of 20 passes can be one person using 20 days, or five people using 4 days each. You can see the full explanation on the Passport workplace mobility page.
There are two standard plans in each city. Starter gives you 5 passes a month. Unlimited gives you as many passes as you need. Both are monthly subscriptions. Larger teams can ask for a custom package.
How a team uses it
A team buys a plan and shares the passes between people. Staff log in on desktop or in the FlySpaces app, choose a space, invite colleagues and book. The steps are set out on the Passport page for teams.
This suits teams with people who split their week between home, the main office and client visits. It also suits a team that needs a few desks in a city where it has no office. The cost follows the days used, not the floor space rented.
Passport prices by city
These are the monthly prices shown on each city's Passport page on 2 Oct 2026.
| City | Starter (5 passes) | Unlimited | Page |
|---|---|---|---|
| Singapore | SGD 99 | SGD 289 | Passport Singapore |
| Metro Manila | PHP 1,499 | PHP 6,999 | Passport Manila |
| Jakarta | IDR 499,499 | IDR 1,899,999 | Passport Jakarta |
| Kuala Lumpur | MYR 129 | MYR 399 | Passport Kuala Lumpur |
| Hong Kong | HKD 850 | See page | Passport Hong Kong |
Please note: these rates can change at any time. Always check the current price on the city page before you buy. The pages do not say whether tax is included, so ask the FlySpaces team to confirm.
Starter or Unlimited
Starter is the lower-cost way to try a city. In Singapore, SGD 99 for 5 passes works out to SGD 19.80 a pass (99 ÷ 5). Unlimited at SGD 289 costs less than passes at that Starter rate once one person uses about 15 days a month (289 ÷ 19.80 = 14.6). This is our calculation from the listed prices, and it assumes extra passes would cost the Starter rate.
The same sum gives roughly 19 days in Jakarta, 15 days in Kuala Lumpur and 23 days in Manila. A person who works from a coworking space most weekdays is better off on Unlimited. Someone who comes in one or two days a week fits Starter.
Using Passport in more than one city
Each city has its own Passport page and its own price, so a team working in several cities should add up the plans it needs. For a team that spans cities, FlySpaces offers custom packages through the Passport page.
Passport currently has pages for Singapore, Metro Manila, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur and Hong Kong. FlySpaces' Cebu guide also mentions Passport, but we found no Cebu price page, so ask the team for a Cebu quote.
Starting with a small trial
Our suggestion is to start with a few people and one month. Give them Starter passes, see how many days they use, then decide whether to move to Unlimited or a custom plan. Usage is the only thing that tells you which plan is cheaper for your team.
If you plan to roll Passport out across a larger team, it is worth asking what reporting on check-ins is included. A custom package is the route for that.
Next step
Look at the price for your city in the table above, then check it on the live page. If you want to talk it through, the FlySpaces Passport page lets you book a short call with a space expert. You can also browse spaces in Metro Manila before you decide.
